Patterns of the Mind01
About the Founder

Built by someone who understands both the business and the person behind it.

Prina Shah, founder of Patterns of the Mind
Prina ShahFounder

I'm Prina Shah, founder of Patterns of the Mind.

I spent six years in Transaction Services at a Big Four firm, working across business growth, investment and financial due diligence. But the biggest challenges I saw were not always financial. They were human.

Patterns of the Mind was created to help founders and organisations understand the human side of performance — because better businesses begin with better leaders.

"I experienced first-hand how grief, anxiety and personal pressure can change confidence, decision-making and performance at work — and how the right support can help someone recover, grow and perform at a level they had forgotten was possible."

Before

Transaction Services

Six years in financial due diligence and M&A — learning how businesses are really evaluated, and what breaks under pressure.

The Turn

A personal reckoning

Grief and anxiety changed how I showed up at work — and taught me that performance is never purely professional.

The Realisation

The missing layer

Business strategy alone wasn't the gap. The gap was in understanding the person making the decisions.

Now

Patterns of the Mind

Building the framework, advisory and technology to help founders build better businesses by becoming better leaders first.
